Two new training courses are set to start next week in Danbury:
Foundation Courses
The Chelmsford Amateur Radio Society Foundation Training Course #32 starts on Thursday 3rd of September 2015, and there’s still time to enrol. If you’re looking to take up the hobby, or know someone who might fancy joining our ranks, pass the details on. Scroll down for a video of a CARS training course in action.
The course runs over six consecutive Thursday evenings from 7 to 9pm, with the final session (the exam) on the 8th of October.
Courses take place at the Danbury Village Hall near Chelmsford

Want to learn Morse?
Morse classes are set to start on Thursday the 3rd of September at the Danbury Village Hall. Here is an update from organiser Andy Kersey G0IBN.
If you have always wanted to learn Morse code, come and join our friendly classes.
Never done it before? Do not worry, in 8 weeks we can cover all the characters required. Classes will start in the meeting room at Danbury Village Hall, starting at 7pm, on Thursday, September 3rd. We cater for all aspects of CW, from the beginner to the CW operator who just wants to improve his CW skills.
Dates are: Sept 3/10/17/24/Oct 1/8/15/22nd – £24
If you feel work commitments will not allow you to attend every evening, then the
charge is £4 a night. Home work will be arranged to you can keep up.
