So I was trying to get the Danbury repeater (GB3DA) to listen in for Monday Night Net but I am unable to map them back to the configuration settings on my Baofeng GT-3TP radio.

Can anyone help me please map the settings back to the below menu options, I took the settings for the repeater from this page - https://www.essexham.co.uk/danbury-repeater-gb3da

BAND - VHF

R-CTCS - 145.12 (i can only set 5 digits for frequency on my radio)

T-CTCS - 145.72 (i can only set 5 digits for frequency on my radio)

OFFSET - 0.6 Hz

WN - Narrow

Once I configure these settings can I just listen in to the VHF calling frequency of 145.500 or is there any specific frequency I need to listen in to in order to get repeater traffic?

The other menu options which I felt were not relevant and ignored are below please let me know if I should be changing anything here,
