Hi Simon,
You can purchase the Programming Software and Cable from most Distributors, who sell Amateur Radio Equipment.
If you are successful in purchasing the above items, you will need a USB to Serial adapter, if you email me I can tell you which USB to Serial adapter you need to purchase as I still have the one, I used to use to Program my ICOM E92D DStar Radio

Can't find a cable and s/w to program the handheld.
Anyone able to load my phone for me or have the cable and s/w ready to sell..
