Hi Pete – just catching up on your site – excellent – catch you on DA sometime – cheers – Jim
Best of luck with the website from another Essex op, the design looks really good and some interesting infomation for new licensees.
Hi Pete, Tony m3kpq sent me the link for your website.
Very interesting and nice site.

Good site! A couple of keen young men like yourselves can only be good for our hobby. Suggestion: maybe a CW page? CW is still massively popular in the hobby, and there are good facilities to learn and support it in the county.

Hi Dave,
Thanks for the feedback and the QSL. Love to add something on CW, but to be honest, it’s not my thing. If you’re volunteering to put something together, even it’s it just a few paragraphs, or anyone else reading fancies writing a few words, I’d be more than happy to add it to the site and give it some promotion! 73s, Pete
Peter,
Well done on an informative, accurate and well thought out website. I have had a good old nose around the site and have nothing but praise for what you have achieved here. Keep upthe good work and if I can help in any way, please let me know. Look forward to hearing you on air very soon, and if any newcomers to the hoby have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask, Enjoy the hobby and be safe.

Dave, a website dedicated to the fine amateur radio people of Essex…top stuff!
Just heard your other half Sarah chatting to Jim 2E0RMI (evening Jim…hope you’re good mate!) on GB3DA and discovered your website after a few clicks of my mouse. Am also a former Danbury Village Hall Foundation trainee and am hoping to return for the next Intermediate training course in early 2012.
Top idea for the website…I’ll certainly be keeping a check of future developments. Hope it takes off for you :)

Operated 2M in Essex for a great many years, now living in Mindanao, Philippines.
Followed the link from the RSGB news for your report on the National Radio Centre.
Nice site.
Peter,
You missed a good CARS net on GB3DA last night, best we could manage was M3PWW in Milton Keynes and M3RVA in Birmingham! The Birmingham contact was at 5/6 and the Milton Keynes was at 5/9+30db, not bad for a repeater which only puts out 25w.
