Essex Ham’s Monday Night Net is a popular on-air meeting place for amateurs in-and-around Essex.
Regular listeners will note that we read out a “disclaimer” on all of our nets – this follows some “troubles” back in 2013, and serves not only to thanks and support the Essex Repeater Group, but to remind participants that for their safely, the net is recorded, for convenience, it’s streamed, and for completeness, it’s logged.
The Disclaimer has bencome pretty well-known, with various versions prepared. As of July 2019, we’re on the 4th iteration of wording:
