Thank you, I hadn’t thought about trying a different browser but that worked.
I haven’t received an email from Canvas yet. It isn’t in junk, but I can’t whitelist either (using Apple mail on iPad). Any suggestions?
I registered for course but couldn’t get onto Canvas as I have no access code. I think I’ve been removed from the course for not logging in which is a shame but I couldn’t get in and the process has lots of instructions but can’t get past this stage.
You don’t need an access code – you just need to click on a link in an email. Please have a watch of this video for step-by-step instructions on how to click the link and create your account:

hi there i’ve tried to make an account with canvas but it keeps asking for a login number which states your teacher will provide i’m stuck and can’t make an account for canvas

I can’t access canvas as I’ve not received a email with the link I’ve checked both spam and Junk mail boxes I have received emails from Pete with no problems but nothing with the canvas link.
