The Guide covers the essentials and is broken down into sections that match our course modules. The guide ends with some handy tips on how to pass the Foundation exam, as well as a mock test.<\/p>\n<p>The Guide is a handy size, with around 100 pages covering both the syllabus and how to pass the Foundation exam.<\/p>\n<p>Our Foundation Study Guide is available now from Amazon in two formats: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgbook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Paperback<\/a><\/strong> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgkindle\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Kindle<\/strong><\/a>. It&#8217;s also now available on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgapple\">Apple Books<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsggoogle\">Google Books<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgapple\">Kobo<\/a> and now as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgaudible\">Audible Audiobook<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/redirect.php?id=fsgappleaudio\">Apple Audiobook<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Alternatively, there&#8217;s the <strong>RSGB Foundation Manual.\u00a0<\/strong><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-15076\" src=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/train\/wp-content\/uploads\/foundationlicencemanual.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"195\" height=\"264\" \/>This manual, from the Radio Society of Great Britain offers a different approach to study. With a focus on in-person club-based exams, and being quite text-heavy, this book from the RSGB is helpful, but it&#8217;s not essential &#8211; as our Foundation Online covers the entire syllabus.
