Check your spam folder or see <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/train\/faq\/not-getting-our-emails\/\">www.essexham.co.uk\/train\/faq\/not-getting-our-emails\/<\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Forgotten your password?<\/h2>\n<p>If you have already created your Canvas, you can log in here: <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/canvas.instructure.com\/\">canvas.instructure.com<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you have forgotten your password, select &#8220;Forgot your\u00a0password&#8221;, and you&#8217;ll be sent an email helping you to set a new password.<\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t get the email reminder, check the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Are you entering the correct email address that you registered with?<\/li>\n<li>Have you checked your email spam folder?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Asked for a Join or Course code?<\/h2>\n<p>You don&#8217;t need a join code or a course code, as the Canvas link we sent contains a personal invitation link to our course. If you&#8217;re being asked for a Course Code, you&#8217;ve not followed the instructions correctly. Please watch the above video for clear instructions that you need to follow. <em>(Firefox user?
