Here&#8217;s what you&#8217;ll find:<\/p>\n<h3>Foundation Licence Parameters<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">A table showing the frequencies available to UK Foundation licence holders, together with important notes and restrictions. We cover how to use this information in Module 6 (Licence Conditions) of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/train\/foundation-online\/\">Foundation Online course<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Foundation Licence \u2013 Amateur Radio Band Plans<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Sample band plans showing how parts of amateur bands are used. Again, pay attention to the notes and restrictions. Band plans are covered in Module 6 of our <a href=\"https:\/\/www.essexham.co.uk\/train\/foundation-online\/\">Foundation Online course<\/a>.<\/p>\n<h3>Frequency to Wavelength Conversion Chart<\/h3>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">This chart allows you to convert between frequency in MHz and wavelength in metres without having to calculate it yourself.
